District Clerk’s office. Title Companies, Escrow
Companies, Attorneys, and other government agencies are
provided access accounts that allow them to file from
the comfort of their offices. These users can create,
sign, and transmit a single document or a batch of
documents to the County or District Clerk.
Along with on-line filing of documents the system
provides Document Imaging and the ability for the
qualified users to access real time information. Upon
receipt and acceptance of the electronically submitted
document, the document is automatically receipted,
imaged, and indexed. With one solution,
